$110 to $120 for 50 minute session. Sliding scale available.

Insurance

I am a network provider for:

Cigna

Your particular insurance plan may cover services with me in full or in part. If the plan requires a copayment or coinsurance, the payments are due at the time of service. I will be taking care of the insurance billing for you. I highly recommend for you to check with your insurance and ask questions regarding your mental health benefits. This can save you from surprises later on. The following include some pertinent questions:

  •  Do I have mental health insurance benefits?  

  • Is the therapist I want to see on your preferred provider list? 

  • If not, what is my coverage for out-of-network providers?

  • What is my in-network and out-of-network deductible and have they been met for the year? (deductible is the amount you need to pay out of pocket before the insurance plan starts paying)

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover with this therapist?

  • How much will I be responsible to pay at each therapy session (your copayment or coinsurance)?

 

All Other Insurance

Clients with other insurance carriers are asked to pay the agreed upon fee at the beginning of the session. Upon request, I can provide a statement once a month which you can submit to your insurance. Depending on their “out of network” rates, your insurance may reimburse for a portion of the services. However, I cannot guarantee such reimbursement. Please check with your healthcare provider.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. You may be charged for missed appointments and those cancelled in less than 24 hours. Since insurance does not pay for missed appointments, the fee for a cancelled appointment may be higher than your co-pay.
